Managing your password

1. Forgotten password

The journey starts from the « Mot de passe oublié ? » link at the bottom of the sign-in screen, which leads to the /oubli-password page.

1. Enter your Identifiant and your Espace.
2. Submit the request.
3. A reset email is sent to you. The confirmation message « Un email de réinitialisation du mot de passe a été envoyé. » appears, and you are taken back to the sign-in screen.

The email contains a link to the reset page, carrying a token and the company code in its URL.

The confirmation message appears even if the username entered does not exist: this is deliberate, so as not to reveal whether an account exists. If nothing arrives, check your junk mail, then the Espace code you used.

2. Resetting the password

This page can only be reached through the link received by email, in the form /reset-password?token=<token>&entreprise=<code>.

1. The page automatically picks up the token and the company from the URL.
2. Enter your new password and its confirmation.
3. Two checks run before submission:
   • both passwords must be identical;
   • the password must meet the complexity policy below.
4. On success, the message « Password réinitialisé. » appears and you are redirected to the sign-in screen. Otherwise the message « Une erreur s'est produite lors de la réinitialisation. » is shown.

Complexity policy

The password must contain at least:

• 8 characters;
• one uppercase letter;
• one lowercase letter;
• one digit.

Expired or already-used link

The token in the email is valid for one reset only. If the page returns an error, make a new request from « Mot de passe oublié ? ».

3. Changing your password during a session

A user who is already signed in can change their password from their account. They are then asked for their old password and the new one, which must meet the same complexity policy described above.
