Invoices
Purpose
This screen is part of the customer space: it lets a customer view their own invoices and see what has already been settled.
It is therefore aimed not at the company's staff, but at the customers you open access to the application for.
Financial management → Sales invoices is the internal screen: it lists every invoice issued, and allows them to be printed and credit notes to be raised. The screen described here is the customer-side view, limited to viewing.
The Client chapter depends on the Acces client right, set in Profiles. It is disabled by default in the side menu: only accounts holding that right see it appear.

The invoice list
The screen presents a plain table, with no filter and no search.
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Id | The invoice's internal identifier. |
| Reference | The invoice number. |
| Date | The date of issue, in dd/mm/yyyy format. |
| Client | The customer invoiced. |
| Valeur | The invoice amount. |
| Payé | The amount already settled. |
The rows alternate between two background colours to make reading easier.
The screen displays no balance: it is the difference between Valeur and Payé that shows what is still owed. An invoice whose two columns are equal is settled.
There is no pagination, no filter and no search. Beyond 50 invoices, the rest cannot be reached from this screen.
Setting up customer access
Opening this space to a customer takes three steps, all carried out on the company side:
- Create a profile with the Acces client box ticked, in Profiles.
- Create an account for the customer in Users, giving them that profile.
- Give the customer their login, the workspace code and their password — see Signing in.
The Acces client profile must be created with the strict minimum. A customer must see neither the other customers nor the company's commercial data: tick no other box in their profile.
Check the result by signing in with a test account before handing over the credentials.
Messages and troubleshooting
| Situation | Message | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The Client menu does not appear | — | The Acces client right is not granted to the account's profile. |
| The table is empty | No message | No invoice is attached, or the account is not linked to the right customer. |
| A recent invoice does not appear | — | The screen is limited to the first 50 invoices. |
| The Payé column is zero | — | No collection has been recorded for that invoice yet. |
| The customer sees invoices that are not theirs | — | Check the profile and the account's link; contact support. |
| The session has expired | Automatic return to the sign-in screen | Sign in again. |
