Appointments

Purpose

This screen is part of the customer space: it lets a customer view their own appointments — when they take place, with whom, and where they stand.

Like Invoices, it is aimed at the customers you open access to the application for, not at the company's staff.

Not to be confused with the production Schedule

Production management → Schedule is an internal planning screen — not working in this version. The screen described here is the customer-side view of their own appointments.

Who can access this module?

The Client chapter depends on the Acces client right, set in Profiles. It is disabled by default in the side menu: only accounts holding that right see it appear.

Access

  • Menu: Client → Appointments
  • Address: /client-rdv
  • Screen title: Rendez-vous du client

The appointment list

The screen presents a plain table, with no filter and no search.

ColumnContent
IdThe appointment's internal identifier.
DateThe date, in dd/mm/yyyy format.
HeureThe start time.
Durée (min)The duration expected, in minutes.
ClientThe customer concerned.
IntervenantThe person conducting the appointment.
EtatPlanifié, En cours or Terminé.

The rows alternate between two background colours to make reading easier.

The three states

StateMeaning
PlanifiéThe appointment is scheduled, it has not started yet.
En coursThe appointment is taking place.
TerminéThe appointment has happened.
The screen shows the first 50 appointments

There is no pagination, no filter, no search, and no sorting by date: the list follows the records' internal order. Past and future appointments are therefore mixed together.

Check the time displayed

The time is presented on a 12-hour clock with no AM/PM indication: an appointment at 2.30 pm therefore displays as 02:30, just like one at 2.30 in the morning. If you have any doubt about a time, confirm it with the person you are dealing with.

Setting up customer access

The procedure is the same as for the invoices: create a profile carrying only the Acces client box, create the customer's account with that profile, then give them their credentials.

The three steps are set out in detail in Invoices.
