Main Hotel
Purpose
Main Hotel is the front-desk dashboard: on a single screen, today's occupancy, the state of every room and the everyday gestures — book, check in an arrival, check out a departure.
It is the screen to leave open behind the counter.
The module is visible to accounts holding the Hotel management right.

Choosing the hotel
A dropdown at the top of the screen selects the hotel displayed. All the content — indicators, room plan, actions — applies to the establishment chosen.
If you manage several hotels, remember to check the selector before reading the figures: the indicators do not add the establishments together.
The four indicators

| Arrivées du jour | Number of arrivals expected | How many are pending, that is, not checked in yet. |
| Départs du jour | Number of departures expected | How many are overdue. |
| CA du jour | In MAD | The number of departures that make it up. |
It adds up the amounts of the stays whose departure takes place today. A guest in the middle of their stay is therefore not yet included: their revenue will be counted on the day they leave.
Arrivées du jour and its "pending" figure give the front desk its workload for the day: the second number goes down as check-ins are made. Départs du jour and its "overdue" figure flag the rooms that should have been vacated.
The room plan
The main panel presents the rooms grouped by floor, as coloured tiles. Each tile shows the room number, its type and a further detail.
The five states

| Réservé | A booking exists, the guest has not arrived. |
| Occupée | A guest is staying in it. |
| Ménage | The room is being cleaned. |
| Maintenance | The room is out of service for works or repair. |
A legend recalls the colours below the plan.
A room may be in several situations at once. The application then applies this order, from the most constraining to the least:
Maintenance → Occupée → Ménage → Réservé → Libre
A room that is occupied and flagged for maintenance will therefore appear as Maintenance: that is the most important information for the front desk.
The message « Aucune chambre pour cet hôtel. » means no room is declared for the establishment selected — see Rooms.
The tiles are clickable but lead to an address that does not exist in the application: nothing opens, or a blank page appears. To look at a room, go through Rooms.
The quick actions
Four buttons in the side panel:

| Enregistrer arrivée | Opens the check-in screen. |
| Enregistrer départ | Opens the check-out screen. |
| Voir les réservations | Opens the list of bookings. |
The Nouvelle réservation window fills in normally and, on confirmation, displays a confirmation message — « Réservation confirmée — … MAD ». But in this version, the booking is not sent to the server: nothing is created, and it will appear neither in the room plan nor in the list of bookings.
The confirmation message is misleading. Do not use this button to record a real booking: go through Voir les réservations.
Messages and troubleshooting

Known limitations in this version
- The Nouvelle réservation button displays a confirmation but saves nothing.
- Clicking a room on the plan leads to an address that does not exist.
- The indicators cover a single hotel: no consolidated view of a group.
- No history and no comparison: the indicators only show the current day.
- The plan allows no direct action on a room — neither a change of state nor an assignment.
